Kamilla the Decayed - Level 14++
Location: Norsca (27.5k, 61.6k))
Fly to Nordland and you need to swim to the island and go round to the northern side in Norsca.
Lady Alisha - Level 15++
Location: The Blighted Isle (35k, 50.5k)
Fly to the Blighted Isle and run directly to the lair boss.
Renatta Betz - Level 14++
Location: Ekrund (62.5k, 2k)
Fly to Ekrund (order), or Mount Bloodhorn (destro) and take the tunnel. Head north up the mountain to the lair boss path
Silveroak - Hero 36++
Location: Norsca (18.5k, 26k)
Requires min 2 people.
Fly to Norsca, go to the river and follow it. You will come to a misty opening with lots of tree stumps. Find a hollow tree, walk up it then over to another tree to your right. Walk on that tree half way and jump onto the nearest stump. Jump across the stumps carefully over to the next fallen tree and walk up it. Watch out, he punts.
Morra - Hero 36++
Location: Norsca (30.5k, 59.5k)
Fly to Nordland and run south down the destro side. You will need to swim around the rocks to get to the area. Jump across the platforms to the cave. Go right in the cave to find the boss.
Nerx Gutslime - Hero 36++
Location: Mount Bloodhorn (54.5k, 45k)
Fly to Mount Bloodhorn and run east to the boss.
Gorthlak - Hero 36++
Location: The Blighted Isle (34k, 18.5k)
Fly to The Blighted Isle and find the cave entrance to the north of the north of the cave on the map (green dot).
Kelbrax - Hero 36++
Location: Chrace (19k, 62.5k)
Fly to Chrace and run south. You will find the route up the mountains with bears.

Feculesh the Defiler - Hero 36++
Location: Ostland (12k, 64k)
Fly to Ostland and run south. Find the cemetary and go in the futhest tomb.
Metoh - Hero 36++
Location: Troll Country (9k, 3k)
Fly to Troll Country and run to the north. Go to a small pool with a low level champion on some ice. Go up the hill to the cave.
Karerg the Reaver - INACTIVE
Location: Barak Varr (1k, 20k)
Fly to BV and run through the lakes and swim. Careful of the destro camp on the beach. The door doesn't current open (last checked May 2026)
Old Oozeback - Hero 36++
Location: Marshes of Madness (25k, 60k)
Fly to MoM and run south (through the lakes by Goblin Armoury BO if destro). Go through the swap to the trees and you will see ledges to jump over that take you to the cave.
Stinkfang the Vomitous - Hero 36++
Location: Ellyrion (54k, 42k)
Order fly to Ellyrion. Destro fly to Shadowlands and take the tunnel, go through the lakes and then south.

Bleakwing Matriarch - Hero 36++
Location: Talabecland (45k, 63k)
Fly to Tala and run south until you see the ledge. You will find some griffon nests, you need to destroy the eggs in the nest until a griffon is summoned. Take it to below the ledge and with your back to the ledge, this is so when it punts you, it punts you up there. You may need to damage it a fair amount before it punts.
Ulnac the Shambler - Hero 36++
Location: Black Fire Pass (3k, 25k)
Fly to BFP and run through the lakes to the far West. Up the hill and jump across the broken railway bridge to the cave.
Ravack - Hero 36++
Location: Black Fire Pass (61k, 8k)
Krela Darkshroud - Hero 36++
Location: The Badlands (23k, 62k)
Elrin Helfried - Hero 36++
Location: Avelorn (61k, 48k)
Lady Grimgyre - Hero 36++
Location: Saphery (46k, 61k)
You will need to find the sprite flying around the mobs below and kill it to get a portal item. It will be in quest items click it to open the portal. Click the portal to be taken up to the lair.

Migliod's Menagerie
Location: Talabecland (45k, 63k)
Only reached from Chaos Wastes just north of the keep. Unknown mechanics to start this boss, potentially you need to kill other lair bosses first as there are lots of lair boss doors around the tower.
