Quests for each faction's T1 Cloaks
T1 Cloak Appearance
For these cloaks there are two reward options, the cloak and the plain cloak. The difference is that the plain cloak is able to be dyed but it is a repeatable quest and you can get both!
Location: Nordland (24k, 55.5k)
Empire
Griffon Militiaman's Cloak
Do the /stuck command twice while RvR flagged to port you to your factions starting area. Go into the far south building and click the paper then wait a few seconds and play again. Then port to Nordland warcamp to hand in to get the quest for the cloak.
Location: Chrace
High Elf
Shining Steward's Cloak
Fly to Chrace chapter 4. Go into the building and go down one flight of stairs and then round underneath the stairs to find the Aged Manuscript.
Location: Ekrund (25.5k, 37k)
Dwarf
Oathbearer Beardling's Cloak
Do the /stuck command twice whilst RvR flagged to port you to your factions starting area. Find the scroll on the table, click it, wait a few seconds the click it again. Then port to Ekrund warcamp to hand in to get the quest for the cloak.
Location: Norsca (31.5k, 12k)
Chaos
Raven Minion's Cloak
Do the /stuck command twice while RvR flagged to port you to your factions starting area. Run straight off the cliff and below near some rocks and ravens is birds nest. Click it then wait a few seconds and click it again then port to Nordland to hand in and get the quest for the cloak.
Location: The Blighted Isle
Dark Elf
Uthorin Raider's Cloak
Fly to The Blighted Isle and run northwest to Chapter 3. Go to the mailbox and to the left by the broken wall is a Druchii Chest. Click it, wait a few seconds, then click it again and then click the item in your quest backpack. Run or war-report back to the warcamp to hand in a get the cloak quest.

Greenskin
Bloody Sun Lil' Git's Cuvva
Do the /stuck command twice whilst RvR flagged to port you to your starting area. Then run down the hill until you find the Stunty Whippin' Post. Click it, wait a few seconds then click it again, then click the item in your quest backpack area. War report to Mount Bloodhorn to hand in to get the cloak quest.
Note: This seems to be the only race that only gets 1 cloak and it is not dyable.
